I started in the automotive trade at 13 years old, turning wrenches in my grandfather’s shop. Cars are simply all I’ve ever known. My path shifted when I was recruited away from a BMW dealership in Jackson, Mississippi to enter the paintless dent repair trade—and that move launched a worldwide career.

For decades, that craft took me across the globe. My work ranged from specialized international projects to contracting directly inside major manufacturing plants for Mercedes-Benz in Germany, BMW in South Carolina, and Ford. On an assembly line or high-stakes global jobs, there is no cutting corners: the metal has to be returned to absolute zero before anyone sees it. I spent years mastering how to read metal under the light, and that exact factory-grade standard goes into every single repair I do today.

Over the years, PDR has taken me a long way from home. I've trained PDR technicians in Moscow, Russia. I've worked hail storms in Vienna, Austria; Christchurch, New Zealand; Melbourne, Australia; and Calgary, Canada.

• Honest answers first. If PDR can't fix your dent, I'll tell you before you spend a dime. If a body shop is the better route, I'll say so.
• Photo quotes for everyday dents. Door dings, creases, plastic bumper dents and small panel dents can be quoted from a photo.
• Hail in person, always. Photos hide most hail dents, so hail always gets a free in-person estimate.
• Mobile when it makes sense. Mobile service is available for quick repairs. Ask about your project. Hail and larger repairs are by appointment, location provided when you book.
• Most quick repairs same day. Bigger jobs take longer, and you'll know how long up front.
• I work with your insurance adjuster on hail claims. Coverage and approval are up to your insurer.

Hail damage, door dings, creases, body lines and large dents. Plastic bumper dents. Aluminum panels, including Tesla and trucks like the Ford F-150. Exotic, luxury and classic cars. Dents under paint protection film (PPF), when the film allows. Steel motorcycle tanks. I can also buff out minor scratches and scuffs along with a dent repair. No paint work.
